　　Advantages of carbon fiber materials

　　●Tensile strength: the tensile strength of carbon fiber is about 10 times that of steel.

　　●Elastic modulus: the tensile elastic modulus of carbon fiber composite is higher than that of steel, but the tensile elastic modulus of aramid fiber and glass fiber composite is only half and a quarter of that of steel.

　　●Fatigue strength: the fatigue strength of carbon fiber and aramid fiber composite is higher than that of high strength steel wire. Under the action of alternating stress, the fatigue limit of metal materials is only 30% ~ 40% of the static load strength. The fatigue limit of the composite is about 70% ~ 80% of the static load strength, and there is a significant sign of deformation before failure.

　　●The specific strength is 20 times higher than that of the steel core, and the specific modulus is about 5 times higher than that of the steel core, which can give smaller deflection to the roller body with large aspect ratio.

　　●It can increase the limit speed of the roller body, which is more than twice the speed of the steel roller.

　　●Weight: about one fifth of steel.
