Introduction to precautions for using silicone rubber rollers
1. When starting up and heating, the silicone rubber roller should be checked for normal rotation. When shutting down, attention should be paid to setting the residual temperature delay to ensure it is normal. Do not directly shut down (the residual temperature delay is generally set to 40-50 minutes);
2. When the machine is in operation and suddenly stops due to power outage or other reasons, gloves should be immediately worn, and the rubber roller should be unloaded and placed in other places for heat dissipation while rotating to avoid uneven heating and damage to the silicone roller;
3. When replacing the rubber roller and tightening the silicone, it should wait for the silicone to heat up to the required temperature before locking and fixing, but it should not be too tight;
4. The surface of the silicone roller should be kept clean and try to avoid impurities such as transfer film sticking to the surface of the roller. If there is already dirt on the surface, a cloth strip and industrial alcohol can be used for surface cleaning. If there is stubborn dirt, it can be polished with fine sandpaper.
5. Like other printing rollers, silicone rollers must not collide or be squeezed with other hard objects (such as wrenches) during use or storage; Stay away from corrosive substances;
6. The temperature of silicone is generally around 190 degrees Celsius, which can be used for normal transfer printing. In the case of qualified product transfer printing, the pressure and temperature of the silicone roller should be minimized as much as possible.
